Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid is making history. The game will be available on Google Stadia. Stadia Pro accounts can be played for free for Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid starting June 1. Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid launches with cross-play feature, Stadia users will be able to play with you. Friends on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Switch. This makes Battle for the Grid the first and only fighting game to support cross-platform play across all five platforms. In February, cross-play was added to the PS4 version, allowing gamers from Sony’s platform to “compete” with players on PC, Xbox One and Switch.
This is great news not only for Stadia users, but also for the first step for the gaming industry in general and fighting games in particular. Battle for the Grid is often praised for implementing “rollback” network code – a technique that makes long-distance online games less laggy.
Another good news for game fans, Battle for the Grid developers also revealed that Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid is about to launch three new characters in the following season.
